Shipping Carrier

We proudly offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Tui & Pearl ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
